He was predeceased by: his parents, Lotti Simpson and Thomas Simpson; and his son David Nicoletti. He is survived by: his wife June Valenti Simpson; his son Rhett Simpson (Stephanie); his siblings, Ron Simpson (Gwen) and Sybil Rackley; his sister-in-law Linda Geller; and his grandchildren, Stella, Scarlett, Thomas Simpson and Jacob Nicoletti.
