He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Gratz and Ruth Ann McGarity; his wife Sandra; his children, Brian Gratz and Debra Shepherd; and his siblings, Dave Gratz and Vicki Miller. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
