He was predeceased by: his wife Lois; and his parents, Guy Rought and Delila Rought. He is survived by: his children, Janice Wymer (Steve) and Wayne Rought (Diane). He is also survived by his two children, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
