He is survived by: his wife Candy; his children, Frank Brozik, IV (Salina), Jeremy Mathis (Mitchell), James Mathis, Sabrina Sadler (John), Rhonda Smith, Lindsay Brozik and Megan Price (Brad); and his siblings, Andy Brozik (Diane) and Sally Dawson (George). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
