He was predeceased by: his parent Lewis English. He is survived by: his parent Vivian English (Maher); his children, Joseph R. English (Teresa), Nancy English and Kathleen Halpin (James); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Richelle, Michael, Nicole, Anthony and Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Alexis and Jeffrey.
