He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Hall, Sr. and Mabel G Gibson; and his sisters, Glenda M Hill and Hester E. Hall. He is survived by: his wife Inez W. Hall; his children, Glenda Hall Peterman (Donell) and Gregory T. Hall (Shaun); his stepdaughters, Joyce Padgett (Sonny) and Marilla Richardson; his grandchildren, Morgan C Belcher, Ariel-Jade Hall and William Thomas Hall III (Shimika); his great grandchildren, Kamya N Belcher, Daynian T Hall, Xavier Hall and Elijah K. Hall; and his niece Colette F. Hill (Anthony).
Memorials may be made to New Covenant United Church Choir in his name. Honor William Hall's memory by donating to a cause they cared about.
