He was predeceased by: his parents, Ford Van Lacey and Frances Lacey (Sensiba). He is survived by: his wife Connie Lacey; his sister Kay F. Walters; his children, Steven Lacey, Scott Lacey, Beth Marie Lacey and Don Allen; his grandchildren, Amber, Erin, Spencer, Alexandra, Tom, Andrew and Sam; and his great grandchild Anthony.
