It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelson George DeRyke (The Villages, Florida), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson DeRyke and Goldie DeRyke; his wife Mary; his son Marcus; and his grandson Joshua.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jan DeRyke of Ithaca, NY and Cheryl Huffman (Larry) of Baldwinsville, NY; his stepsons, Kevin Marlowe (Ann Marie) of Rochester, NY and Richard Marlowe (Terry) of Sebastian, FL.; his sister Phyllis Kuznia (Steve); and his grandchildren, Jack, Nickey, Jacob, Jared and Phillip. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
