She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Paul Platt and Catherine Erlewein Platt; and her siblings, Mary Klikier, Elizabeth West, Norma Hargroves, Fred, John and Paul Platt.

She is survived by: her sisters, Irene Platt, Dorothy Favre, Catherine Spence and Helen Ryan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
