Devlin (The Villages, Florida), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 80, on September 29, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Devlin and Thelma Devlin; and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Lombardi; his daughter Leigh Grady (Carlton); and his granddaughters, Monica and Lilli of Sterling Massachusetts.
