He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Wilgus and Rosetta Wilgus; and his sister Alice Green. He is survived by: his spouse Carol Sue Wilgus; his children, Frank Anthony Wilgus and Terri Lynn Wilgus; his grandchildren, Duston Seibert, Sarah Wilgus, Wyatt Seibert and Alexandria Rose May; and his pet Soozie.
