He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ronald and Dorothy B. Kaiser. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Kaiser; his children, Ridgeway Kaiser (Reachal) of Eustis, FL, Krystal Buzard (Justin Brewer) of Mount Dora, FL, Nicole Kaiser of Fruitland Park, FL and Cameron Kaiser of Leesburg, FL; his grandchildren, Tyler, Blayze, Easton, James, Asher, Austin, Ella Grace, Emmi and Eddyson; his sister Monette Spears (Derrell); and his nieces and nephews, Courtney and Beau.
