She was predeceased by: her husband J. Gilbert. She is survived by: her sister Elsie Paslow; her daughters, Chris Stape and Linda Rich (Greg); her grandchildren, Frankie and Tracy; her great grandchild Hayden; and her brother Arnold Bitterman. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Contributions may be made in Frances' name to Cornerstone Hospice, 601 Mariposa Way, The Villages, FL 32162.
