It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Burton (The Villages, Florida), born in Springfield, Vermont, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Harvey and Clara Harvey. She is survived by: her sons, Eric (Kathleen Burton) and Colin (Jennifer Burton); her grandchildren, Daniel, Patrick, Sarah, Jimmy and Maggie; her siblings-in-law, Hank Burton of Louisiana, William (Jeanne Burton), David Burton of Arizona, Gloria (Ed LaRow), Joyce (Dennis Mitchell) and Bill MacDougall of The Villages, FL; her husband Charles Burton; her sister Joyce MacDougall; and her sisters-in-law, Diane Burton and Debbie Burton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand nephews and cousins.
