She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Martha Hickman and Lyman Williams Carter; her husband Ben Pennisi; her children, Linda Ruscitti (Tullio), Bennetta Kelly (Patrick) and Benjamin Pennisi (Angie); her grandchildren, Lisa Pizarro (Lorenzo), Elisabeth Eland (Jeff), Tullio Ruscitti Jr. (Arabelle), Cara Ruscitti, Ben Pennisi, Leo Kelly (Danielle), Robert Pennisi (Barbara Ann) and Samuel Pennisi; her great grandchildren, Marielle, Elena, ElisaAudra, Lorenzo III, Tullio III, Anna, Carina, Natalia, Luciana, Luke, Amelia, Henry, Isabella, Olivia and Claire; and her siblings, Lyman Carter, Harriett Falcon and Martha Bryzendine.
