She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony "Tony" J. Hammer, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Kay Hart (Brent) of Lake Ann, MI, Anthony "Tony" J. Hammer, III (Laurie Purvis) of Jupiter, FL and Sherri Gallagher (Mark) of Indiantown, FL; and her grandchildren, Jessica Billy (Daryl), Anthony J. Hammer IV (Tausha), Eric Chestnut, Casey Chestnut Marcus (Michelle), Kyle Chestnut and Derek Hart. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; four sisters and two brothers.
