With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John William Blackmon of Tequesta, Florida, born in Fort Pierce, Florida, who passed away on September 22, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Warren L. Blackmon; his wife Diane C. Hamilton; his children, Neil Warren Blackmon and Leila Marie Hunter; his grandchildren, Mila Savannah Blackmon, Elizabeth Harper Blackmon, Maeve Alexandra Hunter and John Gavin Hunter; and his brothers, Rev. Andrew Thomas Blackmon of Dallas and Daniel Blackmon of Coral Gables. He was also cherished by 4 nieces and nephews.
