The family has requested that donations be made in Janet's name to the Perry Como Lodge #2876 Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America PO Box 4436 Tequesta, Florida 33469. (The lodge is a charitable organization that is 501 certified. All donations are tax-deductible.).
