He was predeceased by: his stepson Scott David (Tequesta); his siblings, David Campbell (Kris) of Holton, MI and Glenn Cook Campbell of Sarasota, FL; his stepparents, Marjorie Cook Campbell of Naples, FL, Marianna V. Campbell of Hobe Sound, FL and Nelson Edward Trygstad of Holton, MI.; and his stepbrother Guy Trygstad.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Kay Klein; his stepsons, Kevin John (Soraya) and Jarrett Glenn William (Samantha); his sisters, Kay Johnson (Tony) of Fremont, MI and Bobbi Lynn Ruilova of University Park, Florida.; his stepsiblings, Gary Trygstad (Debbie), Rick Trygstad (Kris), Trudy Ellsworth, Cindy Cochran (Lloyd), Patty Skilling (late Bud) and Julie Piotrowski of Holton, MI; and his brother-in-law Jim Klein (Sandra) of Villa Park, IL.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
