She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Freeswick and Eleanor K. Freeswick; and her husband Harold W. Sonn. She is survived by: her children, Peter Stellhorn (Kathy) of Hasbrouck Heights, N. J. and Lisa Sonn (Douglas) of Montville, N. J.; and her grandchildren, Courtney, Cameron, Harrison Sonn and Meghan Stellhorn.
She faced the last year amid a pandemic and isolation with patience, grace and optimism.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Morristown Medical Center, Gagnon Cardiovascular Center in Ellin's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
