He was predeceased by: his son Dominic Addario III; his sister Linda Morelli; and his parents, Josephine Oliva and Dominic Addario Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Dimick Addario; his daughters, Lisa Addario (Sara Leketa), Amber Addario and Doctor Marina Addario; and his sisters, Paulette Brogna and Joanne Stone.

Any remaining funds will be donated to Loxahatchee River Historical Society to commemorate the Jupiter Shipwreck.
