He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Betty Herman and Walter Herman of Wakefield, KS; his brother Roger Herman (Caryl); his wife Jane Herman; his sons, Mike Herman (Cindy) of Fort Thomas, KY and Mark Herman (Carina) of Denver, CO; his brother John Herman (Judy) of Fort Collins, CO; and his granddaughters, Abby Lienhardt (Mark) of Cincinnati, OH and Lexi Herman of Newport, KY..

In lieu of flowers, the family recommends donations to the Wakefield Museum, Wakefield, Kansas, 67487, in Jim's memory.
