He is survived by: his wife Frances Irene Anderson Bell of Waverly, GA; his sons, Seaborn "Wally" Bell (Eva) of Fernandina Beach, FL and William "Rusty" Bell (Tarren) of Bristol, GA; his grandchildren, Lindsay Mangieri (Lee), Wil Bell (Jenny), Aaron Bell and Alexis Mills (Micah); his great grandchildren, Troy and Emily Mangieri; his brother Lester Bell, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Esther Bell of Carrollton, GA, Evelyn Beville of Gainesville, FL and Richard Feaster of Plant City, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
