It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olimbeia Cassar (Temple Terrace, Florida), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on August 14, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister-in-law Gail (Thomas Sakezles); her siblings, James and Ethel; her brother-in-law Carl Van Vliet; and her siblings, Betty Lou Raines and George.

She is survived by: her brother Thomas "Babe" Sakezles; and her sons, Robert Brosinski, Thomas (Ivis Brosinski) and Steven (Sandy Brosinski). She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
