He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Chris (Michelle), Stephen and Lisa; his siblings, Les and Pam; his stepchildren, Abel, Andrea and Craig; and his grandchildren, Cody, Kayleigh, Liam, Castiel and Alice Rose. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
