It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janelle Owen of Temple Terrace, Florida, born in Lakeland, Florida, who passed away on January 25, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lee Boswell (Margaret) and Margaret Boswell; her sisters, Patricia Lanier and Jo Anne North (Stafford); her brothers-in-law, Charles Branch and Jack Peddy; her husband Bob Owen; her children, Scott Owen (Cecil) and Jeni Roberts (David); her sisters, Sylvia Branch and Beverly Peddy; her brother-in-law Roy Lanier; her grandchildren, Rob Owen (Jenny), Brandon Roberts (Jannette), Blake Roberts (Kerry), Cole Owen (Liz) and Sara Owen; and her great grandchildren, Claire Owen, Barron Roberts, Sam Owen, Ben Owen, Brenin Roberts and Kara Roberts.

In lieu of flowers, donations for this work can be made in her memory to the Barnabas Foundation, 413 Belleview Ave, Temple Terrace, FL 33617. Donations in her memory can also be made to her other love, the Boswell Endowment of Florida College.
