She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Wayne Mauck; and her brother Harold Purkhiser. She is survived by: her children, Amanda Mauck, Anthony Mauck (Della) and Annetta Hastings (Lee); her sister Hilda Greene (Von); her grandchildren, Sheli Mauck, Brett Mauck (Regan), Sloan Hastings and Olivia Hastings; and her great grandchildren, Lawson and Brenan Mauck.

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be sent to Florida College for the James R. Cope Adopt Program in memory of Ken and Henrietta Mauck.
