He was predeceased by: his wife Janelle Boswell; his father Scott Owen (Nell); and his brother Sparky Owen (Norma). He is survived by: his children, Scott Owen (Cecil) and Jeni Roberts (David). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
