We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Westbrook (Tavernier, Florida), born in New Cumberland, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Allison Geer and Letha Geer (Handley); and her husband Ray Westbrook. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Braunberns of Key Largo, Elaine Ferguson (Michael) of Leetonia and Danny Westbrook (Melinda) of Warren, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Barbara Pennicuff (Edward) of East Liverpool, Margaret Baker (Neil) of Lisbon, Thomas, Dallas Westbrook of Warren and Joseph Westbrook of Howland Center; and her great grandchildren, Cassandra Pennicuff, Edward Pennicuff Jr. and Elizabeth Baker.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Westbrook was preceded in death by a son, Ray Westbrook Jr. Due to the Covid 19 virus a private graveside service will be held at the Flats Cemetery in New Manchester, WV.
