He is survived by: his wife Raquel M. Plyler; his children, Andres D. Fernandez (Jennifer), Sabrina Smith (Sheldon) and Marco Plyler (Tanya); his grandchildren, Dr. Madison (Smith), Thomas (Brett Thomas), Cannon Smith, Ariana (Fernandez), Stancil (Joshua Stancil), Cristina Fernandez, Maxx Smith and Joshua Fernandez; his niece Shari Plyler Peñate (Tony); his great-niece Amber; his great-nephew Billy Casanave (Amanda); and his friends, France, Venezuela and Miami.
