He is survived by: his children, Carla, Bill Jr. and David; his siblings, Carolyn McNally Kathy Richer and Robert; and his friends, Dwayne and Linda Rublee.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to the First United Methodist Church "Good Samaritan fund" that provides help to people in need.
