She is survived by: her mother Mary Jane Crumpler; her siblings, Michael Crumpler (Debbie Crumpler), Todd Crumpler and Leigh Ann Eitler (Jack Eitler); and her nieces and nephews, Carolyn Crumpler Kalnin, Lauren Crumpler, Carl Crumpler, Matthew Eitler and Suzanne Eitler. She is also survived by several extended family members, friends and coworkers.
