She is survived by: her husband Melvin Slagter; her sons, Steven J. Slagter, Robert A. Slagter (Kim), Dennis E. Slagter (Jan) and Mark W. Slagter (Saundra); her siblings, Lester Spoelstra (Fran), Helen Sergeant and Ronald Spoelstra (Lola); her grandchildren, Jenna Liao, Christa Blackstone, Kayla Slagter, Jordan Slagter, Meagan Slagter, Kelsi Goodrich, Keenan Goodrich and Halee Goodrich; and her great grandchildren, Aliya Liao, Elijah Liao, Cora Blackstone and Micah Goodrich.
