With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruthe Ellen Wall (Tavares, Florida), who passed away on April 25, 2019 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Goff and Cora Williams Goff; her brother Willis Goff; and her former husband Willard Rutter. She is survived by: her sons, Brent Rutter of Gustavus, OH and Doug Rutter of San Antonio, TX.; her grandson Brent Rutter of San Antonio, TX.; her niece Louise Dunaway (Jim); and her nephew Bruce Goff (Lorraine). She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and close friends.
