He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee Clark and Macil Anna Core Clark; and his brother Charles Clark. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughter Belinda Madison (Don); his grandsons, Jonathan Madison (Sarah) and Michael Madison; his siblings, Dulcie Reed, Ivan, Henry (Gaye), Thomas (Patti) and Basil (Peggy); and his sister-in-law Patricia Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
