He was predeceased by: his wife Angelene Enix Rogers. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy (Mindi) and David (Anita Ponik); and his friend Anita Ponik. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
