He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harbeck and Marilyn Harbeck; and his sister Deborah Harbeck Radam. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Phipps Harbeck; his children, Melissa Harbeck Pratt (Tim) and Mason Paul Harbeck; his brother David J. Harbeck (Audrey); and his siblings-in-law, Tim Phipps (Teresa) and Karla Phipps. He is also survived by nieces, great nieces and nephews.
