She is survived by: her siblings, Novella Lowe Of Howey, Mike Carter (Judy) of Wildwood, FL, Gregg Carter (Ann Muniz) of Santa Fe, NM and Mark Carter (Debra) of Turkey Creek, KY.; and her stepdaughters, Alfreda Elliot (Doug), Barbara Charles (Larry) and Ginny Coleman. She is also survived by 5 step-grand-children, 6 step-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces &nephews.
