She is survived by: her daughter Billie Jean "BJ" McChesney (John); her grandchildren, Sarah Graves (Kris), David Hamar (Heather), Erica McChesney and Sean McChesney (Blair); her siblings, Henry Barnard, Rosie Peavy, Shirley Gasperson, Catherine Burrell, Jerry Barnard and Donnie Barnard; and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Tristan, Camden, Adelyn, Vince, Evan, Kelsie, Adair, Teagan and Colm. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
After a long battle with dementia and Parkinson's, Opal Jean Bailey went to be with Jesus on Saturday, June 26, 2021.
