She was predeceased by: her husband Wilson Mills; and her son Michael Mills. She is survived by: her children, Sue Anne Mills of Davenport, Florida and Wilson C. Mills of Tavares; her daughter-in-law Susan Diane Draves Mills; her siblings, Raymond Colvin Stillwagon of El Jobean, Florida and Barbara Marie Stillwagon Folts of Michigan; and her grandchildren, Shelby L. Mills (Ali Ahmad) and Michael Scott Mills. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
