Lewis Earl Smith Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lewis Earl Smith in Tavares, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 31, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Lewis shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lewis farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Odie J. Smith and Lula Mae Smith; and his wife Yvonne Smith. He is survived by: his children, Robyn Smith, Scott Smith (Susan) and Brian Smith; his grandchildren, Alyssa Burgin (Paul) and Morgan Smith; and his great grandchild Tripp Burgin.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church (7081 SE Hwy 42, Summerfield, FL 34491).
