With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lansing Kent Johansen of Tavares, Florida, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on July 15, 2024 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lansing Kent Johansen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Johansen and Bernice Johansen (Dresher); his sisters, Janis Wood and Kristi Johansen; and the mother of his children Bonnie Baker.
He is survived by: his partner Fusako Butler; his grandson Alexander Butler; his daughters, Lisa Funk (Mike) of Pooler, Georgia and Laura Beth Cohn (Adam) of Winter Garden; his siblings, Sigrid Aeschleman (Arnie) of Normal and Sten Johansen of Savoy, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Drew Funk, Benjamin, Maya, Eliana and Jonah Cohn; his caregiver Kim Royle; and also, Michael Butler (Becky Young), Lisa Ann, Laura Beth and Linda Butler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
