She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jones and Eleanor Jones; and her siblings, Betty Stimson, Jerry and Phil Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Chuck Sample of Tavares; her children, Donald Sample of Murfreesboro and Karen Sample Venable (Todd); and her grandson Joshua Venable of Lakeland. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
