We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2020, at the age of 69, Jeff Borowiak (Tavares, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Borowiak and Leona Borowiak. He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Borowiak (Lee), Rod Borowiak (Kelly), Randy Borowiak (Thelma), Juli Casey (Stephen) and Jodi Keune (Rick). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to Glioblastoma Foundation or charity of your choice.
