He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Welker and Nancy Welker. He is survived by: his brother Jay "JBird" Welker; his wife Sharon Welker (NC); his siblings, Stephen Welker (NC) and Mary Welker (FL); his nephews, William "Billy" Demers Jr. of Florida and Cooper Welker; and his sister Jenifer Braden Walker (FL).
