He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Mary; and his sisters, Patricia and Paquita. He is survived by: his wife Sissy Bellew; his children, Michael J. McCullough (Amanda), Shelly Prussing (Patrick) and Crystal Vicchiollo; his sister Maria Na Angelitos; and his grandchildren, Riley (Emily), Nevin, Seyana, David, Austin, Kyler, Drew, Emery and Evelyn.
