He is survived by: his children, Jaden and Noah; his parents, Phillip Moore and Marsha Kough; his sister Leslie Meador (Larry); his nieces and nephews, Sydney and Hannah; his stepbrother John Moore (Kristen); and also, Braden and Kaelin.
