It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte B. Buchanan (Tavares, Florida), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 1, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Reid Smith and Della Smith (Gilmore); her husband Harry Richard Buchanan; and her daughters, Nancy Chesnutt (Tom), Patti Kemner (Skip), Susan Buchanan (Rick) and Mindi Brown (Frank).
