She was predeceased by: her husband Richard C. Zameda. She is survived by: her children, Nicole Wisniewski (Jason), Nichole Hoskinson (Aaron), Shane Burnett (Samara), Brandon Burnett (Ashley) and Justin Zameda (Ciara); and her siblings, Maria, Wally, Olga, Irene, Ray, Peter and Dmytro. She is also survived by grandchildren; and 1 great granddaughter.
