She was predeceased by: her parents, Delzie B Fuller and Golda Adams Fuller; and her brother Ray D. Fuller. She is survived by: her children, Janine B. Arrowsmith (Bill) of Apopka, FL and Robert P. Blair of Letcher, KY; and her sister Phyllis Asher of Letcher, KY. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 3 step-grandchildren; and 5 step-great-grandchildren.
